USB Cable Q: The flash driver with the program installation is corrupt? Where can I download this?

A: Pls check the user manual, Pls download it from our website. When running driver, Pls close the “antivirus” software. The driver is safety.

Q: Is it workable on “MacOS”, Linux, Chromebook or Android Systems?

A: No, It’s only workable at Windows XP/7/8/10, MacOS will be out on 2021.

Q: After scanned, the document are curved or flat?

A: This is the initial document camera, it can scanned the slim books and no auto flat function.

Q: The pictures is not clear, why?

A: The device with 2 size, when extended to longer for A3size, at this situation It’s better to click the left button “Auto focus” to adjust. Then the pictures will be clear.
